Re-appearance

after a short disappearance,

first, i'd like to announce a piece of good news.

we're getting our keys on 3rd July.

pretty last minute (AGAIN), i must say.

that's like TOMORROW!

just informed by HDB yesterday.

we rushed over for the 2nd inspection of the flat,

took the measurements we needed for purchasing the wardrobe, storeroom shelving, sofa and TV console.

phew.

anyways, i'll post up some pictures of the flat over in the other blog shortly.

mr ma's wisdom tooth extraction was scheduled at 10am.

i promised to accompany him because he's SO afraid.

so i caught some sleep after work,

but i never managed to wake up in time. oops.

a relatively boring day.

we popped by Ikea and Giant in Tampines after brunch.

headed back to his place to make him a dinner of poached salmon and mashed potato.

caught Night at the Museum 2, had a supper of Premier Sirloin Steak with onion rings and seasonal veggies at Char-grill's and went to bed.

that night, my brother returned from Bangkok with a truckload of purchases.

we spent the entire afternoon scouring through the lanes of Sungei Kadut, for furniture of course.

we're still short of a wardrobe, the sofa and TV console.

my mom made us dinner,

and we settled down to watch Pinocchio afterwards.

mr ma fell asleep halfway through AGAIN

went by SPC after late late late breakfast.

passed the ON and Piperlime spree stuff to the girls in exchange for my F21 loot and Peanut Buttercups! *smacks lips*

checked out Sheng Siong and dropped my brother off at the physician to get his arm problem fixed and ferried my mom back to NTUC in Tampines mall.

that was when we got a call from HDB, rushed over to Clementi for 2nd inspection bla-bla-bla.

had our dinner at Char-grill's again, but i ordered Lambloin this time and mr ma took the Mexican Grilled Chicken.

oh yes, i've forgotten to mention about this physician i visited and blogged about some time back in May.

a couple of days ago...

a certain "someone" upset me.

and to make it up (so he thought),

he bought me some flowers.

but of course,

i wasn't after the flowers or any gifts.

i hope he realizes it by now.
