collected Wednesday's breakfast of Choc chip & Cranberry muffins from Tampines Library on foot. apparently the deliveryman left the dope at home while making one of his routine trips. but fortunately, he was kind enough to accompany me back home by bus.

santa sent a sack of thoughtful goodies before christmas. i'm sure the snacks can keep me awake at work for a good amount of time even though u sneaked away some Dove chocolate bars. muahaha.

mad rush
Friday
snacked on junk food at Tampines Mall basement after work. fried mushroom, fried chicken, Tori Q. muahaha. caught Happy Feet @ Tampines GV. show stopped after like 15minutes due to some technical error, waited for another 15minutes for the show to resume, but it never did. fatal error. darn. at 12am, we had no choice n went back to watch Thank You For Smoking on computer over a bottle of Wincarnis instead. not the type of wine for my palette but the show was not bad at all.
a debate about comparisons ended with no conclusion, as usual. the fight left me with scratched skin of my right wrist. grrr.
Saturday
pre-employment checkup @ Raffles Hospital. yeah, we were late for the appointment coz we stayed up for the movie. then jalan-ed in Bugis a little after prayers n headed back to Tampines to catch Happy Feet again with our refunded tickets (yay! no more technical problems!), then had a brief appointment n finally some rest. Ping n Drew were over at Safra for billard so dinner was delayed till 9pm. thanx hor.
herhrr.
anyway dinner at coffeeshop was good, though apparently i'm the only one enjoying the near-meatless meal.
slacked abit at Ds' place whilst Drew did some stuff online. then we decided it's Dbl45 time over smoke break so that Drew didn't have to waste his trip back. it was back to LaLaLand after leaving at 3am.
Sunday
barely sufficient sleep n i was off to JB with Maa. brunch was good. peanut butter toast with ice-cream n sunflower seeds. i love the SnowCat, which i believe is ice-blended soursop (yup, i had no idea what i was drinking, just ordered it coz it looked so cute.. pix to be uploaded soon..) then shopping, shopping, shopping! 2 pairs of shoes n 2 tops for me coz we were a little short for time. so we'll continue the REVENGE on 20th January, as planned. rushed off to Neway for KTV.. yeah, again.. that place is good, lots of new songs never seen in Singapore. u guys have gotta go soon.. with me, of coz.. don't always leave me out of ur plans hor!
headed of to Ds' place to meet up with the rest for the long-awaited match between Man U & Chelsea. quick dinner, with compliments from auntie n dozed off for awhile during the match due to my sore eye. ok la, i admit i'm plain tired n the couch was comfy..

anyways the match came to an end with a final score of 1-1. too bad u weren't around Ping, if not we would've celebrated at Dbl45 coz we needn't fight it out.
oh well, so much so for my short weekend.
hopefully, will get to enjoy as much next weekend with all the guys before my shift work commences. don't fly aeroplane again ah, Ping!

started work on Monday
my honeymoon officially ended today. fast eh? getting my hands on the job second half of the day, rushing to finish assigned tasks so that i could leave on time for my XO fish-head bee hoon. the damned menses had to make things worse.

i'm back by popular demand
muahaha
been held up by lots of interviews n a workshop these couple of days. haven't really had time to sleep or be online, not to mention blog. the 14hr workshop was a killer. it didn't kill me, but it did kill alot of my brain cells. (yes, i didn't have much to start with according to Momo :P)
decided to skip 2 interviews held today coz i've gotten an offer from the company of my choice. as some of u are already aware, the workplace is in Ayer Rajah (Buona Vista), so i should be visiting Holland Village for the XO fish-head bee hoon pretty frequently.
herhrr.
that's it for my job-search n a word of thanx to all those who have been really concerned.
my new job requires me to put in 12hrs of work each day for 3 - 4 days a week, so that'll mean less blogging n less coffeeshop talk on a daily basis. i reckon i'd probably break into concussion once i return home from work.
but then again, i'm a light sleeper.
so buzz me for any coffeeshop, ktv, boh liao-ing sessions ya!
alright, running a lil' dry on stuff to blog.
i'm not a liar ok!

was flipping thru some old photos n reminiscing trips with my parents to Zoo, Birdpark, Sentosa etc.. lemme see, it's been like 2 decades since i've been there. 20 YEARS!
it was great fun despite the disappointing weather.

slightly busy day
interview at 1pm,
followed by a session with the lawyer's at 2.30pm
then finally i had my first meal of the day at BK in Tanjong Pagar around 3.30pm

can't even remember when's the last time i ate that.
gosh. two beef patties. i had to resort to my old trick of removing one side of the bun n eating only the "essence".
well well,
but here i am munching on the muffins Ds got for me just after dinner
expanding the allocated space in my tummy for the buffet session as promised!

i will really box u if u msg me chelsea will lose again in the morning.. or afternoon.. or at night.. or anytime..

swarming with worshippers coz it's 15th of the lunar calendar.
there's this ah pek who got so pissed when he was pushed, he started yelling profanities in Teochew saying something like:
"Push me for what? No patience to wait for 5 minutes, don't pray la. Push, push, push."
i was stumped for a moment coz he was standing just beside me n i thought i was the one who butt into him. anyway it was so packed that i could hardly move an inch, no doubt there were really some inconsiderate ones shoving others from behind.

Friday night out

3pm: Followed by lunch at Holland V, though unfortunately the famous XO fish-head beehoon stall wasn't open. Saddened.
4pm: A short bus journey took us to Tanjong Pagar for a short session with one of the job agencies
5pm: Took MRT to Expo for my last interview of the day @ Changi
(..it lasted quite awhile, so really gotta thank Will for his patience..)
7pm: Foodie @ 85!
9pm: Met up with my newfound friends @ Bugis Junction MOS burger
10pm: 6 hours of KTV @ Partyworld!
Wish Ping was here as well.. Coz we've been dying to go together for so long already.. We'll go together soon if we survive 24

Chilled till they started spraying some sort of chemical on the plants. Being paranoid, i thought it was some terrorist attack on the Istana.
